Wisma 46 - fondly known as the Fountain Pen building - dominates the Jakarta skyline with its impressive 262 meters. The unique design of Wisma 46 distinguishes it from other commercial buildings in the Central Business District, making it an icon of Jakarta’s skyline.

Wisma 46 was designed by world-renowned architectural firm, Zeidler Partnership Architects (Zeidler Roberts Partnership), who is known for internationally acclaimed projects such as Canada Place in Vancouver and Media Park in Cologne, Germany. Zeidler Partnership Architects’ expertise and proven portfolio, ensures that every detail of Wisma 46 is of world class standard.

Wisma 46 is an integral part of the 16 hectare Kota BNI City mixed development that currently includes Shangri-La Hotel and Shangri-La Residences. With plans for further development, Kota BNI City will be an integrated mix of commercial building, retail outlet, and residential living in the heart of Jakarta’s Central Business District.

Wisma 46 is owned by PT Swadharma Primautama, a joint venture between Yayasan Dana Pensiun BNI, Salim Group, and Lyman Group - who is committed to providing quality products and services to all its tenants and visitors. PARKING
Wisma 46 has an outdoor parking lot, a multi-storey car park, and 2 levels of underground parking to serve its parking needs. It also offers a valet parking service in its North Lobby.

Enjoy round-the-clock security with a 24 hr closed circuit televison (CCTV) monitoring system. All incoming vehicles, bags, and packages are carefully screened by Wisma 46’s professional security team before being allowed to enter Wisma 46’s premises.

Wisma 46 is fully equipped with a Fire Alarm System, floor-to-floor fire proofing, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors and is compliant with NFPA and local codes. Fire safety equipment are serviced and tested on a regular basis. Wisma 46’s staff are trained to respond quickly in case of an emergency.

ENGINEERING
Wisma 46 has its own dedicated engineering team that does regular inspection, servicing, and maintenance of all engineering equipment in the building. The engineering team is committed to ensuring that Wisma 46 operates smoothly.

At 50 storeys high, Wisma 46 is equipped with high-speed elevators to serve all office floors and escalators to serve the retail floors. With an impressive 11 meter high grand lobby on the ground floor, Wisma 46 has spacious floor plates that offer efficiency and flexibility to suit its tenants’ needs. There is a common pantry on each office floor and an executive shower room on every other floor. The building is also equipped with flexible air-conditioning, under floor trunking, and 100% electricity back-up generators.
